Membership Dues and Fees
A Portion of your dues goes to the State and National Associations, making your company a member of the California Building Industry Association (CBIA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)
Builders - $850 annual dues + $50 initiation fee for the first year. Permit fees are assessed in the amount of 1/10 of 1% of permit value each start for houses built by them or for them. A special litigation fund will be assessed in the amount of .05 of 1% of permit value per house and (applicable to all units in BIACC jurisdiction subdivision fees are $10 per lot. Duplexes, triplexes and apartments are assessed at the same rate.
Associate Member - $710 annual dues + $50 initiation fee for the first year.
Affiliate Member - $100 annual dues. (Rare status; Must be approved by board)
Waiver
By checking this box the subscriber expressly acknowledges and consents to the provisions or Article VI Section 11 of the Bylaws of the Building Industry Associate of Central California (BIACC) which provides that if the subscriber terminates or lapses as a member of the BIACC any right to unpaid dividends from worker's Compensation Fund shall become property of the Association.
