The Magazine of the BIACC
Central California Builder magazine is an excellent representation of our Association. Our magazine relays important information to our membership such as changes in existing laws or regulations that may adversely affect the home building industry. In June, 2004 the publication was awarded the Most Improved Publication by the 2004 Awards for Publication Excellence.

Central California Builder also informs the membership on what other BIACC members are doing in the community. From McRoy-Wilbur Communities giving away a home to benefit St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital to Mid-Valley Viking Pool's participation in ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition."


Our mailing list includes
BIACC Builder and Associate members in Mariposa, Merced, Stanislaus and Tuolumne counties. Sales and Marketing Council members State, City and County elected officials City and County planning departments State legislators In addition, a secondary readership of more than 2,500 is obtained through office distribution and distribution at special functions.
